Technical Features

In all systems there are varieties available in types and dimensions. Tolerances in weight and dimensions are according to standard ANSI H35.2 TABLE5 or (Din 1747) The profiles provide a large range of infill types and measures ,due to the availability of different profile types and a wide range of gaskets size. Glazing gaskets inside and outside of E.P.D.M. All-around ,gaskets profiles visually are in the same level inside and outside to enhance the gaskets visibility.

Our Applications

All aluminium Profiles are from extruded aluminium alloy 6063 according to American Standards ASTM B221 (B22 IM) - 02 - 2004 or German Standards ( Din 1748 Part 1).

Thermal Performance

High performance Aluminum windows are able to meet or exceed energy efficiency standards. Aluminum windows and doors can easily achieve improvements in heat gain and heat loss through windows by 60% rivalling more expensive timber and uPVC equivalents.

Reduces Carbon Footprint

In the case of an average gas heated home in Melbourne, the use of Aluminum double glazed windows delivers CO2E equivalent savings of almost three times that required to produce the Aluminum frames, just within the first year. Over the life of the building, energy savings outweigh the initial energy input by well over 100 times. For homes with electrical heating, or cooling for homes in hot climates, savings run into multiples of close to x300 times.

Durability and Low Maintenance

The corrosion resistant qualities of Aluminum provide a low maintenance frame and is resistant to weathering under a range of harsh environmental conditions. Unlike many other materials, it will not swell, crack, split or warp over time; ensuring an extended product life. Aluminum can be left in its finished condition. For additional protection or decorative finishes, Aluminum can be anodized or painted.

Affordability

High performance Aluminum windows are able to meet or exceed energy efficiency standards. Aluminum windows and doors can easily achieve improvements in heat gain and heat loss through windows by 60% rivalling more expensive timber and uPVC equivalents.

Design Flexibility

The inherent strength and flexibility for Aluminum to be manufactured to exacting specifications means you are limited only by your imagination. With an endless array of systems, finishes and glass options, Aluminum offers a vast range of possibilities from the economical to most elaborate systems while also delivering excellent thermal performance.

Finishes

A range of finishing options ensures Aluminum windows and doors can be perfectly matched to any decor. Powder coating provides an attractive finish to Aluminum frames and once coated, does not require repainting. The Interp on color range gives you the freedom to create the look you want using a variety of natural colors to blend into the environment and colors to coordinate with steel as well as a selection of unique pearl and metallic finishes. Anodizing treatment can provide excellent corrosion resistance and a wide range of color options. Such finishes are widely used for both interior and exterior applications.

Recyclability

Aluminum has one of the highest recycling rates of any metal and is an environmentally sustainable material. Recycling of Aluminum requires only five percent of the initial energy consumed to create it. This inherent property differentiates from other framing materials reinforcing its sustainable credentials.
